The Scientific Committee acts as the global gateway for research proposals, reviewing new ideas and advising on study design, partner selection, intellectual property, and publication strategy. Their mission: streamline research efforts, accelerate innovation, and keep DeLaval ahead of the curve.
But they don’t stop there. The committee also reviews external collaboration requests, ensuring every project supports DeLaval’s long-term goals – from animal welfare and milk quality to sustainability and farm efficiency.
Much of the research guided by the Scientific Committee is conducted in collaboration with leading universities and research institutions worldwide and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
