DeLaval feed fence HLS50
DeLaval feed fence HL50 is a welded self-locking feed fence. As it is a welded version it is an easy installation. The design of the fence prevents animals from dragging feed into the alley. This minimises waste and ensures feed remains available for other animals in the herd. Additionally, with one feeding place for each cow, competition among the herd is reduced. Suitable for young stock, dairy cows and beef cows.

Safety feature
If the headlock is in the free position, the feed fence's inbuilt safety function, allows a cow to easily slip its head out at the base of the headlock if it falls down or becomes ill. The safety feature is also easy to operate if the cow is fixated and falls down.
Easy installation
The welded solution is available in a pre-mounted solution or a partly mounted solution. The premounted version gives very easy installation, when the customer only needs to lift the feed fence into place.
Strong and robust design
The feed fence has a strong design with 2" horizontal pipes and 1 1/4" vertical pipes welded to them. The welded solution provides a more robust version of the bolted feed fence HLS10.
