Precision at the heart of the system
The control system ensures accurate filling, mixing and distribution. Furthermore the scale indicator on the stationary mixers can control 100 components in up to 24 batches per day. It works with any existing silos and buffer tables. It activates the motors of augers and feed tables, to load recipe components and unload feed for delivery.
Configurations
Choose the level of automation you need, or build your system one step at a time. You decide whether you just want to automate feeding concentrate; or to have your feed mixed at a central feeding centre; or whether some level of automated forage feeding is what you need. Or you might choose to install a fully automated feeding system, and gain much more accuracy in feeding and flexibility in your work schedule..

Stationary mixers
DeLaval stationary mixers VSM
The VSM comes in six sizes, from 8 m³ to 22 m³. All have mixing containers in high quality steel and mixing gear designed for heavy duty operation and long service life. Weighing and programming of the mixed ration can be managed on a stand alone system, or connected to management software. A DeLaval vertical stationary mixer provides a good, fluffy feed mix within a short mixing time. The unique auger design in combination with the counter knives mixes and cuts even whole round bales and long straw.

DeLaval feed wagons
OptiWagon
With our top-of-the-range version of the autonomous ground-operating OptiWagon, you can tell the wagon where to go to the barn and where to start/stop dispensing the feed. It allows you to feed different recipes to different groups of cows. OptiWagon also knows how many kg it should dispense to a certain area. OptiWagon is able to make multiple distributions spread over the day which provides fresh feed all the time.
DeLaval feed wagon ORW
Our Optimat roughage wagon, ORW operates seamlessly on rails, combining user-friendliness and a robust design to help farmers achieve effective feeding with ease. Designed for intuitive operation, the ORW allows farmers to navigate feeding tasks effortlessly. Its straightforward controls minimize the time spent on distribution enabling staff to focus on what matters most caring for the animals. DeLaval ARS100 (Automatic Rail Switch 100) and RSCB100 (Rail Switch Control Box 100)
DeLaval automatic rail switch ARS100 is a mechanical switch controlled by the rail switch control box RSCB100. It allows switching between two rails automatically according to the chosen configuration. Inductive sensors detect the rail switch arm position, limit switches and/or inductive sensors detect the feed wagon(s) activity. ARS100 and RSCB100 will ensure the feed distribution to the right groups on time.
