Headlocks

DeLaval feed fence HL50 is a welded self-locking feed fence. As it is a welded version it is an easy installation. The design of the fence prevents animals from dragging feed into the alley. This minimises waste and ensures feed remains available for other animals in the herd. Additionally, with one feeding place for each cow, competition among the herd is reduced. Suitable for young stock, dairy cows and beef cows. 

A self-locking bolted feed fence with strong two-inch upper and lower horizontal pipes. It is a robust well proven solution. As you bolt the sections on the farm it is fully adjustable to the size of your cows. Suitable for young stock, dairy cows or beef cows. 

DeLaval feed fence HLS10 is a bolted self-locking feed fence with a safety feature. The feed fence section is adjustable, and gives good flexibility. Moving parts are made to work silent and is also provided with a transponder collar protection. The safety feature allows the operator to free a cow if it falls down. The safety feature makes HLS10 a very suitable choice in treatment and maternity pens, where the animals are more subject to falling down. HLS10 has a feeding width of 66- 80cm. Upper and lower pipes are in 2", 3,6mm wall thickness. The head-lock sections are installed at the barn. 

DeLaval feed fence HL10 is bolted which means the head-lock sections are bolted between the upper and lower pipes on the site. This gives a very flexible solution as you can adjust feed width and neck width according your animal size. Upper and lower pipes are made of 1,5" pipes. Moving parts are made to be silent and is also provided with a transponder collar protection. Suitable for young stock and dairy cows. 

The DeLaval FF60 Standard Frame is a welded frame with pre-mounted feed fence designed for easy installation and flexible use in new or existing barns with dairy cows or young stock with mid-weight animals, frame height 861mm in height and for animal weight 250 - 650 Kg. Upper and lower pipe in 1½".

The FF60 HD Frame is a higher version built for larger animals. Frame is height 961 mm suitable for dairy cows or beef cows weighing 150 kg to >650 kg- Upper and lower pipe in 2".
