Cubicles

Properly designed cubicles allow the cow to move naturally and guide her to a good lying position. The correct lying position minimises manure in the cubicle and giving the animals a clean bed to lie on. Clean cubicles reduce the risk of infection, and clean udders also reduce milking time.

DeLaval cubicle CC1800

This solution offers optimal cow comfort to satisfy high milking cows in a resting area. The cubicle divider is made of strong, single two-inch pipe and all parts including fittings are hot galvanized. The open, free space in front is specifically focused on allowing cows to naturally lie down and rise. This design also saves you cleaning labour

DeLaval brisket board BB120 & BB100

A soft, plastic arch with gentle curves allows the cow to step forward on rising, extend their legs naturally when lying down, without moving too far forward in the stall. Made in durable polypropylene, it is light weight, easy to handle and simple to install as a stand alone between the cubicle dividers (BB100) or as a continuos brisket board behind the post (BB120). Flexible cubicle front band

The flexible cubicle band is a soft way to prevent cows to from exiting the cubicle at the front end. The holders for the band has a smooth surface in stainless steel which prevent any wear out of the band. 

DeLaval cubicle frame

Is strong barriers that together creates a rigid cubicle frame for deep bedding. A front barrier that also acts as a brisket board.
