The CF600C and CF1100C represent the next generation of automated calf feeding systems, designed to enhance efficiency, hygiene, and ease of operation. These new models integrate advanced features that ensure optimal calf nutrition, reduce manual workload, and improve long-term performance on dairy farms.
CalfFeeder HygieneBox
The innovative HygieneBox extends the automatic feeding system by a fully automatic circulation cleaning from suction hose between the feeder and the teat. The complete hose system can be rinsed automatically up to four times a day with the recommended chlorine-free detergent, or optionally, with alternating 2 different agents - for optimum hygiene from the automatic feeder to the teat! It saves time: one manual cleaning takes about 20 min work time. This results in a time expenditure of around 122 hours per year.
DeLaval concentrate station
By adding DeLaval concentrate stations to your CF1000+ or CF500+ calf feeding system, you can enjoy simple and efficient calf rearing with the automatic weaning function, helping save expensive milk replacer costs. By measuring how much concentrate each calf eats, you have the option of automatically reducing the milk ration for calves that display a high feed intake at a young age.
DeLaval lamb & kid feeder LKF1200
With a feeder, you can save hours a day freeing you from the time-consuming task of hand-feeding. It also allows the animals to eat whenever they want. This reduces the risk of gorge feeding and bloating, resulting in better milk absorbtion and higher daily gains. This new model offers higher capacity, accurately preparing small amounts of milk that stay warm thanks to a heatable mixer. The feeder can rear up to 200 animals, depending on the number of teats used.
DeLaval calf feeder CF150X
Combining a milk station with a totally integrated concetrate station or with a second milk station. The calf feeder program on DeLaval feeding processor FP204X allows complete feeding plans to be set per group of calves, or for individual calves. Weaning can be done automatically according to concentrate intake. Information from milk and concentrate consumption makes it easy to detect possible health problems before the calves are affected. CF150X allows you to feed your calves cow’s milk, milkreplacer, or a combination of both. Each station can handle up to 25 calves. You can feed more calves by connecting as many as four stations to one FP204X processor, which can then manage up to 100 calves. Several processors can be linked via the PC Link tool, offering the possibility to extend the capacity of the system.
CalfRail CFR100
CFR100 is a robotic arm running in a rail to feed calves automatically in individual housing, it is an extending solution of automatic calf feeder CF1000S. Each CFR100 can feed max 34 calves and each CF1000S can work with max 2 CFR100 robotic arms. It feed the calves in a natural way with small portions up to 8 times a day, which allows the calves drink more milk and have better weight gain before bring them into group housing, and less stress during the transition. The same as grouping feeding with CF1000S, the drinking information are recorded in the same system for easy calf management.
