Resting is one of the key elements within a dairy barn. Cows that have a chance to lie down comfortably for more than 12 hours can rest their legs, increase blood flow through their udder, resulting in higher milk yield. To do so they need a comfortable mat or mattress. To reduce the risk of lameness and for the cows to express their natural behavior we recommend the use of alley mats. Alley mats
An ideal floor should be clean and comfortable for cows to walk on. It should be smooth and non-slippery without wearing out their hooves. Cows prefer soft floors. Deep bedding mat
A deep bedding cubicle offers good comfort for the cows but it also require more maintenance. With a sand stabilizing mat you can build a comfortable bed with lower maintenance without compromising on the comfort of the cow.
