DryMaxx™
Bedding treatment for a hygienic and dry resting place for cows. DryMaxx™ bedding treatment has ammonia neutralizing properties and a high moisture absorption capacity of 140% compared to its weight. Apply it in the barn to help keep surfaces dry, promote better udder and hoof health and higher levels of comfort.
DeLaval alley coverage R18P
The slip-resistant surface combines softness with good grip to improve cow stability, safety and comfort. This encourages visits to the feed fence and water trough for increased feed intake – and a higher milk yield. It is also easier to spot cows in heat as they move more naturally. The ribbed base increases surface comfort and softness while letting liquids flow through. It facilitates easy cleaning and better drainage, for drier floors and healthier hooves. DeLaval R18P is available in standard sizes, which slot together in segments. When it is used on alleys cleared by manure scrapers, it is fitted each side of the central scraper mechanism.
DeLaval premium rubber mat RM37F
DeLaval premium rubber mat RM37F offers a comfortable, non-slippery, and hygienic mat for resting areas in loose house barns. A triangle pattern in the front and a flat part in the rear ensure a non-slippery and easy to keep clean surface. With it´s integrated 25mm layer of foiled foam underneath the whole bottom of the resting area the RM37F gives high compression and comfort for the cows.

4Hooves
4Hooves is a concentrated hoof sanitizer composed of a new generation of quaternary ammonium compounds and organic acid. With a complete hoof management program, 4Hooves has proven in both lab tests and field trials to reduce the prevalence of foot warts. Not only is it equally effective compared to copper sulfate, but 4Hooves is also safe for end users and the environment.

DeLaval brisket board BB120 & BB100
A soft, plastic arch with gentle curves allows the cow to step forward on rising, extend their legs naturally when lying down, without moving too far forward in the stall. Made in durable polypropylene, it is light weight, easy to handle and simple to install as a stand alone between the cubicle dividers (BB100) or as a continuos brisket board behind the post (BB120). Patent protected.
DeLaval Sand Stabilizer DSS11
DeLaval Sand Stabilizer DSS11 provides excellent cow comfort and improves hygiene. The best way to create a good resting space is to imitate natural resting of the cows. With deep bedding you can come close to this and by using the sand stabilizer you avoid getting sand into your alleys and minimize wear of your equipment.
V blades
This blade design is ideal for large volumes of manure, especially with straw bedding. The V formation gathers the manure cleanly and keeps pushing big loads forward, without spilling any back into the clean alley. Available with changeable blades: urethan blades with rubber mats, metal blades with concreate or Hardox-metal blades to tough condititions.

Besides cow-comfort features, they also take into consideration your needs and conveniently fold into a narrow shape, for example to let a tractor pass by in the alley.
DeLaval AKD 80 – 140
The drive units of this chain cleaning systems are strong and simple solutions. These drive units are compact and requires very little floor space. Feet of the drive unit are possible to turn three different position so the chain can come and leave from the drive unit in four different ways so the installation of this solution is very flexible. These drive units are low energy solutions with 0,75kW motors. Pocket wheel solution with tailor made Hardox-chain increase the life span of the chain and whole system. Scraper’s speed is 2.1 meters per minute so the scraper never surprise the cows and they have enough time to move away or step over the scraper easily and calm.
DeLaval touch screen control box
This simple touch screen control box makes manure handling simple and easy. Fully automated system includes advanced cow safety function and with this control box there is easy way to change schedule or start extra run. One master control box can handle one drive unit directly and another drive unit via slave contol box. Also second slave control box is able to add to the same system for cable gutter cleaner CCS70.

Robustly constructed with an animal-friendly design, these manure scrapers can handle solid manure with long straw and liquid manure. Floating blades and side wings provide excellent cleaning for optimal animal hygiene. A heavy-duty central body with the step mechanism makes operation safe.

DeLaval control box BH1
This is the basic control box in the DeLaval assortment, designed to control hydraulic gutter and alley manure removal systems. It is suitable for systems with a single power pack, where one hydraulic cylinder, or a group of cylinders, run in parallel or serially. The control box requires manual start and shut-off and supervised operation.
DeLaval control box BH2
Offers semi-automatic control of hydraulic gutter and alley manure removal systems. This control box can handle up to four cylinders, or groups of cylinders, running in parallel or serially. Every cylinder, or cylinder group, is started manually and can be shut off either manually or automatically by using the end switch.
